Ozwin Sign Up, Login and Registration

An Ozwin sign up takes about three minutes if you have your details to hand. We will not push you straight to the cashier afterwards. The flow prompts you to set deposit limits before your first spin - a tiny bit of friction that protects you from a session you did not plan. Below is the full checklist plus what happens at login, KYC and verification.

What You Need Before You Start

  • An email address you can access right now (you will confirm a code).
  • A phone number that can receive SMS for two-factor backup.
  • Your AU residential postcode.
  • A password manager or a strong password you have not used elsewhere.
  • A rough sense of your weekly entertainment budget - you will set a deposit limit on the next screen.

The Seven Fields and Why We Ask

FieldWhy we collect it
EmailAccount ID, password reset, transaction receipts
PasswordAccount access; minimum 8 characters with mixed case and a digit
First name and last nameMust match your KYC ID at withdrawal
Date of birthAdult-age check; we do not accept registrations under 18
AU postcodeEligibility check by jurisdiction
Phone2FA, support callback, urgent account alerts

That is it. We do not ask for KYC documents at this stage - identity verification is triggered at first withdrawal so you can play immediately on day one.

Setting Deposit Limits Before Your First Spin

The screen after registration is not a deposit screen. It is a deposit-limit screen. You set a daily, weekly and monthly cap on what can move from your bank to your Ozwin balance. Limits decrease take effect immediately; limit increases take 7 days to apply, by design - it stops a hot-headed bump in the middle of a session.

A simple heuristic: set your weekly deposit cap at no more than 1% of your monthly net household take-home. For an Aussie household netting AU$8,000 a month, that is an AU$80 weekly cap. Adjust down if a real loss at that level would change your week.

Logging In and Resetting Access

Login uses the email and password you set, with optional 2FA via SMS. After 5 consecutive failed attempts the account locks for 15 minutes - this is anti-credential-stuffing, not a punishment. Wait it out, then try again or hit the password reset link. Reset emails arrive in under 60 seconds typical; check spam if 2 minutes pass without delivery.

If you registered with a typo in your email and cannot receive the confirmation, contact support via live chat with your phone number on hand - we can match the open registration and route the confirmation to the corrected address without restarting the form.

KYC: What to Upload, When to Upload It

You will be asked for KYC documents the first time you request a withdrawal. Upload three things:

  1. Photo ID. Australian driver's licence or passport. Scan or photograph all four corners visible, no glare.
  2. Proof of address. Utility bill, bank statement or government letter dated in the last 90 days, with your name and AU residential address visible.
  3. Selfie. A clear photo of you holding the photo ID next to your face, with both visible in the same frame.

The KYC team usually clears clean submissions within 24 hours. The most common reasons for a KYC kickback are: ID expired, address on the bill mismatched against the address on file, or selfie too dark for facial match. Get those right first time and your first withdrawal posts within the standard 2-business-day window. Our Responsible Gambling page sits one click away from the deposit screen for the same reason - safety tools are easier to use when they are visible, not buried.
